Waseca Soccer Club Parent Agreement

As a parent and/or guardian of a Waseca Soccer Club player, I agree to:

1. Honor all financial commitments, making full payment on time. I understand delays in making full payment will delay player from participating in practice and games, and may ultimately result in player

suspension.

2. Provide transportation to and from all practices, games, and tournaments, ensuring the player arrives promptly.

3. Lend the player my support in a positive manner.

4. Ensure the player brings equipment to and from all soccer activities.

5. Ensure that player refrains from using foul language, alcohol, drugs, or tobacco products, and from

gambling.

6. Treat players, opponents, parents, officials, and coaches with courtesy, respect, and good

sportsmanship.

7. Represent Waseca Soccer Club with values, principles, and ethics of the highest standards both on and off the field.

8. I understand the Waseca Soccer Club Director of Coaching shall determine the formation of teams.

9. I have read and approve my player's acceptance of the Player Agreement.

10. I understand as a Parent/Spectator, I am not the Coach. My players will receive direction from the Coach and should receive parental encouragement from me.

11. I understand Waseca Soccer Club reserves the right to use and release my player's name and picture for media and website publication.

12. I understand there is an expectation of parent involvement through volunteerism for the Waseca Soccer Club.
